Google is taking a major step toward embedding artificial intelligence into everyday business operations with the launch of Gemini Enterprise — a unified platform designed to make AI agents accessible to every employee and organization worldwide.

Announced during a virtual press conference, Gemini Enterprise is being positioned by Google Cloud as “the new front door for AI in the workplace.” The platform combines Google’s Gemini models, third-party integrations, and the technology behind the company’s former Agentspace project into one cohesive system aimed at simplifying how enterprises build and manage AI agents.
A Unified AI Platform for Modern Workplaces
Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, described the initiative as part of a natural evolution in how organizations use AI.
“As customers move beyond simply building applications with AI, we see them advancing to build agents,” Kurian said. “Gemini Enterprise is our answer to that shift.”
The platform brings together six core components that power its end-to-end AI ecosystem:
- Gemini models serve as the platform’s “brains,” including the newly introduced Gemini 2.5 Flash Image.
- Agentspace technology acts as the “workbench,” enabling both developers and non-technical users to design and orchestrate custom agents using no-code tools.
- Taskforce, a collection of pre-built agents such as the new Code Assist Agent and Deep Research Agent, helps automate specialized functions across industries.
Gemini Enterprise also integrates deeply with enterprise software systems such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Box, Confluence, and Jira. These connectors allow AI agents to access company data securely and contextually — remembering user preferences and workflows to personalize results.
Security and compliance remain key priorities. The system includes a central governance framework for monitoring, auditing, and protecting all deployed agents, supported by built-in tools like Model Armor. Google has also developed an open ecosystem of over 100,000 partners to extend the platform’s capabilities.
Real-World Use Cases
Maryam Gholami, a Google Cloud executive, demonstrated how Gemini Enterprise can streamline complex workflows in real-time.
In her example, a “campaigns agent” coordinated four different AI agents to handle market research, generate media content, communicate with teams, and manage inventory. Within minutes, the system identified a trending sci-fi theme, spotted a 25% inventory gap, initiated a purchase order, drafted a company-wide email, and generated social media assets.
“Gemini Enterprise is more than a chat interface,” Gholami explained. “It’s an end-to-end AI system that unifies your data, tools, and teams — turning weeks of work into a single, streamlined conversation.”

Early Adopters See Tangible Benefits
Companies such as Virgin Voyages and Macquarie Bank are already seeing the benefits of Gemini Enterprise in action.
Virgin Voyages CEO Nirmal Saverimuttu described the platform as a tool for cultural and operational transformation.
“AI is not here to replace our people — it’s here to unleash their potential,” he said.
The cruise line’s “fleet” of more than 50 AI agents has already improved productivity and creativity across departments.
One of these, “Email Ellie,” increased content production speed by 40% and helped drive a 28% year-over-year sales boost, while reducing agency dependency costs by 35%.
Macquarie Bank, one of Australia’s largest financial institutions, has deployed Gemini Enterprise across its entire workforce, with 99% of employees completing generative AI training.
Google’s partner network — which includes Box, Salesforce, and ServiceNow — is also expanding, offering a growing marketplace of compatible agents through a new AI Agent Finder feature.
Empowering the Next Wave of AI Builders
To support adoption, Google introduced Google Skills, a free learning platform offering 3,000 courses, alongside the Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready (GEAR) program. The goal: to equip one million developers with the skills to design and deploy AI agents for their organizations.
Pricing and Availability
Gemini Enterprise is now available globally in all regions where Google Cloud operates. Pricing starts at $21 per seat per month for small businesses (Gemini Business) and $30 per seat per month for larger organizations (Gemini Enterprise Standard and Plus).
Kurian summed up Google’s broader mission succinctly:
“This is about reimagining powerful AI technology for the workplace — and putting it in the hands of every company and every user.”
