Bitget Launches 1.86M ESPORTS Token Airdrop for BTC Holders via PoolX

Crypto exchange Bitget is offering its users a new opportunity to earn rewards through its PoolX platform—this time by locking up Bitcoin (BTC) in exchange for a share of 1.86 million ESPORTS tokens from Yooldo Games.

Running from July 21 at 08:00 UTC to July 28 at 08:00 UTC, the airdrop campaign invites users to commit a portion of their BTC holdings—up to 20 BTC—to participate in the token distribution. This latest move marks the official debut of ESPORTS, the utility and governance token for Yooldo Games, on Bitget’s PoolX platform.

PoolX allows users to “stake” or lock their crypto assets temporarily to receive new or trending tokens through airdrops. In this case, participants must commit at least 0.0001 BTC (around $11.86) to be eligible, while the maximum cap per user sits at 20 BTC, worth roughly $2.37 million at current rates.

How Token Distribution Works

The amount of ESPORTS tokens each user receives will be proportional to how much BTC they’ve locked compared to the total BTC staked by all participants. The full 1.86 million ESPORTS tokens in the pool will be distributed accordingly once the lock-up period ends.

Users will likely see their ESPORTS rewards credited to their Bitget spot accounts within five minutes after the campaign concludes. However, Bitget notes that final distribution may take up to seven business days. To ensure smooth processing, users are encouraged to enable the “Automatic Financial Management” feature in their account settings.

Participants must also complete identity verification (KYC) and comply with Bitget’s terms and conditions to qualify.

What Is ESPORTS by Yooldo Games?

Launched on July 19, ESPORTS is the native token powering Yooldo Games, a South Korea-based Web3 e-sports platform. The token is designed to fuel everything from tournament prizes to DAO governance and transaction fees on the platform.

Yooldo Games allows users to play, watch, and earn through decentralized e-sports tournaments, leveraging blockchain features like on-chain score verification and automated NFT or token rewards.

ESPORTS is now listed on Bitget, Binance, Gate.io, and MEXC. As of now, the token has a maximum supply of 900 million. According to CoinGecko, it was recently trading around $0.060, down 14.6% in the past week and 0.8% in the past day, reflecting the broader volatility in the altcoin market.

For users looking to earn while holding Bitcoin, the PoolX campaign offers both access to a new token and a stake in an evolving GameFi ecosystem.
